In every family, things may be left unsaid to avoid conflict. But communicating your wishes with your children or asking your parents about their end-of-life plans can help prevent conflict and provide peace of mind for everyone.
As a part of the program, we’re also encouraging (but not requiring) all those who attend to bring a donation for the Chatfield Community Food Shelf.
Advance registration is required to assist us in our preparation of food, seating, and handouts.
