I remember him in school, I graduated a year ahead of him, he was a very, smart, sweet guy. I had some nice conversations with him.He was always smiling and happy. Rest in peace my friend..

Such a sweetheart! So saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. Throughout high school and college Jeff was a good friend. He was a kind and sweet soul. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to the Burlingame family.

So very sad to hear of this news. I was fortunate to be able to work with Jeff at Benchmark and him be a member of my team.

Very sad to hear this, Jeff was an Engineer of the highest level, more than that he was a very good man. A man of reason and just a good guy . He was a true gentleman and friend that I will miss always .

I've known Jeff and his brother Leigh for years, years back at Riverside, and more recently at Benchmark. Jeff was very dedicated in all he did, and did it very well. I recall his enjoyment with adding on to the ever-growing automation projects in his home. So sad to here this. Please know your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this time of loss.

I have so many childhood memories of this sweet person, running free, mixing up mud pies and driving our parents crazy! One of my favorite times was losing the hamster in the house and spending hours searching for it. Jeff was always the best friend ever. When nobody asked me to prom, Jeff did. When I needed a ride to Winona State, Jeff was there. He was shy, kind and I loved his laugh. Be at peace my friend. I will remember you fondly. I know I made fun of that giant monster truck, but the sparkle it put in your eyes was awesome.

We all lost a little more than we could afford with the passing of Jeff.. I consider it a real an honor to have known him and to have been able to work with him . A truely one of a kind who will be greatly missed. Condolences to the family.

I worked with Jeff for many years between Pemstar and Benchmark. We had many conversations about his vacations and retiring. He was a great friend and engineer. He was always willing to help anyway he could. We truly lost a great one. God’s Blessings to Jeff’s family during this difficult time.
