Carson Lee Hammer

Carson Lee Hammer, infant son of Derrick and Amy Hammer of Galesville, was born July 23, 2020 at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Rochester - St. Mary's Campus.
After blessing his parents with two unexpected and beautiful days together, he was welcomed into Heaven on July 25, 2020.
He will be forever loved and missed by his parents, Derrick and Amy (Schmidtknecht) Hammer of Galesville; big brother, Easton; grandparents, Clayton & Barbara Hammer of Galesville and Dale & LuAnn Schmidtknecht of Fountain City; uncle, John Schmidtknecht (Naomi Fogel) of Fountain City; aunts, Doreen Emerson of Galesville and Deanna (Rod) Hynes of Ettrick; and three cousins, Jessica, Reva and Hilary.
Carson was welcomed into Heaven by his great-grandparents; aunt, Dannette; uncle, Jerry and cousin, Leif.
Private family services are being held and Carson will be laid to rest at Eagle Valley Cemetery in rural Fountain City.
