William Rumpca IV

William "Billy" Rumpca IV, 37 of Winona, died Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his home of natural causes. Billy was born on September 21, 1983 in Winona to William and Jody (Jenkinson) Rumpca. He graduated from Winona Senior High and in his late 20's moved to Chicago. There he worked at Golf Galaxy and enjoyed many Cubs games at Wrigley Field. After Chicago he moved to Appleton for a short time, and then Colorado Springs before returning to Winona.
Billy loved sports, especially golf. He also enjoyed hiking, gaming with friends, and creating "charcuterie" boards.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Jody; brothers, Austin (Sara) Rumpca and Garth Rumpca; nephew, Finnley Rumpca; grandma, Donna Jenkinson; 4-legged companion, Remy; and loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Billy was preceded in death by his sister, Sammantha; grandparents, William and Betty Rumpca; grandfather, Robert Jenkinson.
A visitation will be held 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Cornerstone Community Church (1001 44th Ave, Goodview, MN 55987). Hoff Celebration of Life Center is assisting the family with arrangements.
