Vernon Foss, age 98 of Rochester passed away at Samaritan Bethany Nursing Home on Thursday, March 19, 2026 surrounded by his family,
Funeral services for Vern will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Root Prairie Lutheran Church in Fountain with Pastor Paul Hauschild officiating. Shery Hareldson will provide music for Stuart Nelson, soloist. .
Visitation will take place at the church one hour prior to services.
Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
