Steven Glende

Steven Walter Glende, age 75, died Sunday, January 18, 2026, at La Crescent Health Services.

He was born September 12, 1950, in Santa Ana, CA, the son of Rachael (Papenfuss) and Walter Glende. In his younger years, Steven raced motorcycles and loved riding on his Harley Davidson. He also enjoyed sailing for many years.

Steven is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Rachael Papenfuss.

Interment will be held at a later date, in Spring at Hiler Cemetery in Nodine, MN.
