Sara Jane Revere

Sara Revere died on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Sara Jane (Malotke) Revere was born June 29, 1941, in Winona, MN, to Boniface and Dorothy (Goetzman) Malotke. As an only child, she is preceded in death by her parents; and many cousins.

Sara graduated from Winona Senior High School. After leaving Winona, Ms. Revere was employed at Kahler Hotel in Rochester, MN. Returning to Winona, she was employed at Watkins Products and Winona Community Memorial Hospital.

She then moved to St. Petersburg, FL, in 1985, where she was employed by The Pinellas County License Board for Children’s Centers and Family Day Care Homes in Pinellas Park, FL. After retirement she worked part-time as a receptionist at Westminster Palm and Westminster Suncoast, retirement establishments.

Sara was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, where she volunteered as a Eucharist Minister for the home bound.

She participated in the Guardian Ad Litem program for Pinellas County. She was past secretary of the Ponce de Leon Neighborhood Association. Sara and her faithful dogs, Fritz and Bon Bon were members of PUP, Project PUP, and visited adult day care programs.

She enjoyed her pets, reading, traveling, and volunteer projects.

Sara was a good mom and is survived by her sons, Rodger Revere of Winona and Rory Revere of Winona. She will miss her good friend, Barb, all the residents, staff, and visitors at Calista Court that all made her life full and meaningful in her last years. Thank you.

Per Sara’s wishes, there will be no services held.

Hoff Celebration of Life Center is assisting the family.
