Roxanne Faye Lien

Roxanne Lien (71), passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025.

Preceded in death by her mother, Barb Becker; stepfather, Wally Becker; father, Vernon Lien; brothers, Bob Lien and Danny Becker; and sister Rhonda Hill.

Survived by brother Tim Becker, his wife Suzie, and their children Ryan Becker, Cory Becker, and Paige Becker.

Roxanne graduated from Caledonia High School in 1973 then moved to Winona, Minnesota, where she lived with Hope Estates and worked for 35+ years at O.R.C., making many lifelong friends.

Roxanne’s greatest joy was riding her bicycles throughout the city of Winona and doing her many hobbies like painting, beading, watching TV, and doing word puzzles.

Roxanne will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

A memorial service will be held at Hoff Funeral Home (3480 Service Dr. Winona, MN) on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am. Roxanne will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Caledonia, MN.
