Ronald Hewuse, 75, of Houston, MN died on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at his home.
Ron was born on November 7, 1945, in Richland Center, WI.
Here is a letter from Ron's friend Lisa. It explains a lot about what Ron did in his life and the type of sweet person that he was. There will be a graveside service for Ron at a later date.

This is my friend, Ron, who passed away from cancer last week. I had the pleasure of his friendship for 20 years. He had quite the adventurous life. Ron grew up on a farm, served as a cook in the military, owned his own restaurant, wrote 3 books on paper, traveled all over the United States, was married and divorced, had two children, sold hundreds of jars of his own homemade salad dressing, designed unique tools, designed earrings, washed windows for businesses, and was skilled in fixing many things from tongs that I broke to holes in ceilings. Ron LOVED green and while not everyone appreciated his overgrown yard, he was unabashedly proud of all the green growing around him. Despite mobility challenges for the majority of his adult life, he never let that hinder him in any way and he never complained about it either. He may not have had a college degree, but he was smart. He may not have had a large social network, but he was incredibly kind to the people in his life, including me, Natalie, his church family, and his long-time partner, Doris. What I admired most about Ron was his passionate love of God and his deep faith. He talked about his faith a lot, but he was never preachy. Ron brought a lot of joy to my life and I just wanted to honor him with this personal obituary because his life mattered to me. Rest In Peace, Ron. I will miss you.
