Richard Heffner

Richard "Rick" Heffner, 53, of Rushford, MN died Wednesday February 20, 2019 at Winona Health. Rick was born October 29, 1965 in Baltimore, MD to George and Helen (Elsroad) Heffner. He met Deb Skime and they were married on August 31, 2002. They have two daughters that were the light of Rick's life, Danielle and Gabrielle. Rick was an excellent cook and also enjoyed fishing, camping and anything related to the outdoors.
Rick is survived by his wife, Deborah; daughters, Danielle and Gabrielle; siblings, Terry, Harry, Theresa, Barbie; parents-in-law, John and Betty Skime; sister-in-law, Christie (Troy) Harris. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Virginia, Patty Ann, Allen, George Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 18th, 2019 at Creekside Park in Rushford.
