Richard "Dick" DePestel age 83 of Winona, formerly of Utica, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Lake Winona Manor, Winona, MN.
A celebration of Dick's life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Hoff Funeral Home in St. Charles with Father Chinnappa of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, in Lewiston, officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home in St. Charles from 10-11 a.m. on March 7, 2026.
Private burial will take place in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery in Lewiston, Minnesota.
