Randy Reps

Randall “Randy” Lee Reps, 76, of Fremont, MN died on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with his loving family by his side.

Randy was born on September 7, 1949, to Paul “Junior” and Helen “Jeanette” (Randall) Reps in Winona, MN. He graduated from Lewiston High School in 1967.

On December 11, 1971, he married the love of his life, Valorie “Lori” Culbertson. They farmed in Fremont until selling their cows in 1991. Randy went to work for Mathy Construction in 1990 and retired in 2006. After retirement, he worked at the Enterprise Rest Stop until 2016.

He enjoyed motorcycle rides, attending auctions, tinkering on tractors, tractor pulling, boat rides, fishing, horse and buggy rides, lawnmower rides, tractor rides, 4-wheeler rides, building birds and birdhouses, and making the family pick up sticks in the yard, while he “supervised”.

Randy will be deeply missed by his wife of 54 years, Lori of Fremont, MN; his children, Cory (Kyra) of Northwood, IA, Kyle (Carrie) of Winona, MN, and Joshua (Heather) of Fremont, MN.

He is further survived by 11 grandchildren, Christopher (Jade), Caily, Jillian, Jayci (Mason) Polus, Jacob, Kadynce, Benjamin, Brogan, Haylee, Logan, and Katelynn; 3 great-grandchildren, Willard Polus, Lilah, John, and 1 due in June; 5 step-grandchildren, Austin, Aspen, Cole, and Tayler Halbakken and Chloey Klink; and 1 honorary grandchild, Jorja Richards.

He is also survived by siblings, Dean (Kristi) Reps, Leann Jacobson, and Lonna (Dave) Benson. Along with many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Tracy; infant son, Jerod; and brother-in-law; Ordell Jacobson.

The family would like to thank Winona Health Hospital, Winona Health Hospice and Lewiston Senior Living for the care of their loved one.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Hoff Home in Lewiston, MN from 4pm to 8pm. A memorial service will be on Friday, January 30, 2026, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Church in Lewiston, MN at 11am. Visitation will begin at 10am.
