What would have been his 100th birthday, there will be a Celebration of Life. Join in celebrating Oscar on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Cotter Schools St Joseph Hall (1165 W Wabasha St, Winona) at 1:00 pm with Lunch; Prayer Service begins at 2:00 pm, followed by a tour of St Joseph Hall (former Roger Bacon).
