Orin "Stanley" Agrimson, 95, of Peterson, MN, died Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
In this world of constant change, not many people can say they've lived in the same town and the same house their entire life. But Stanley did! He lived a simple life - eating breakfast in downtown Peterson with "the guys", reading mysteries and magazines, snacking on Ritz and drinking Diet Pepsi. Stanley was well known for restoring classic cars, and spent much of his life taking rusty old classic cars and making them look brand new. He loved Peterson and was involved in his community as a firefighter, a city council member, and as a business man. He is even credited with starting the first cable TV company in MN.
Stanley was confirmed at Grace Lutheran. He regularly attended church until he was physically too challenged, and was a bachelor until he was 75 years old when he married Nancy. Together they traveled, enjoyed eating out, and attended many car shows.
Stanley is survived by Nancy and her family. His nephew Michael (Starlynn) and their family.
A "Celebration of Life" is planned for Saturday, June 21st at the Rushford Village Hall, 43038 State Hwy 30, Rushford, MN 55871. A Visitation will be held from 1:00-1:30 with a service following, concluding with coffee and a snack.
