Mary T Stoos

Mary T. Stoos, 88, of Rollingstone, died Friday, October 18, 2019 at St. Anne Extended Health Care in Winona. Mary was born on May 29, 1931 in Rollingstone to William and Mary (Hoffman) Stockhausen. Mary grew up in Rollingstone and graduated from Holy Trinity School. In 1953 she married Harold Stoos. Their young family began to grow as they had 6 children. Mary loved to sew and bake, especially her raised donuts, which were a family favorite.
Mary is survived by her children, Larry Stoos, Terry (Kathy) Stoos, John (Wendy) Stoos, Carol (Dan) Kalmes, Joan (Rich) Hall; 32 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Rietz. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold; son, Robert; grandchildren, Chris and Isaiah; great-grandchild, Lawson; siblings, Ed, Bill, Larry, Bob, Ben, Cate, Margaret.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Rollingstone. Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview is assisting the family.
