Marrion Wiskow

St. Charles,Marrion Corinne Wiskow, 91, of St. Charles died Monday evening January 21st at Whitewater Healthcare Center in St. Charles.     Marrion was born March 3, 1911 in Arendahl Township of Fillmore County to Gilbert and Julia (Sandvig) Ferden. She and Clarence Wiskow were married May 12, 1932 at St. Charles. They farmed near St. Charles for 8 years before moving to Milwaukee, WI in 1939. In 1944 they returned to St. Charles. In 1957 the couple moved to Rochester where they lived until returning to St. Charles in 1972. In Rochester Marrion worked for Woolworth’s, the Kahler Hotel and Arbuckles Bakery. Clarence died January 5, 1985.      She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of St. Charles.     Survivors include a son Robert (Sandy) Wiskow of St. Charles, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, two sisters, Bernice Harrison of Harmony and Irene Ferden of Waukesha, WI, a brother Leland Ferden of St. Charles. In addition to her husband, a sister and a brother preceded her in death.     Funeral Services will be 2 PM Friday at Hoff Funeral Home’s – St. Charles Chapel with the Rev. Ramie Bakken officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, St. Charles. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday and one hour before services Friday at Hoff Funeral Home’s – St. Charles Chapel.
