Lynn Cogswell

Lynn Cogswell, 57 of Winona, passed away on January 12, 2026, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, WI, from a rare brain infection.

Lynn was born September 13, 1968, in Winona, MN. From the moment she swung her leg over a horse, it was clear that Lynn found her passion for horseback riding. She enjoyed owning horses of her own. Lynn enjoyed many camping trips and trail rides with her horses and friends. She was also a proud member of the Winona County Mounted Sheriff’s Posse. Lynn’s heart was also filled with love for her dogs, her beloved fur babies, who were always by her side. Lynn will always be remembered as a go-getter and a fiercely independent woman.

Lynn is survived by her dad, Allen Przybylski; stepdad, Roger Czeczok; siblings, Mark (Peggy) Przybylski, Tracey (Steven) Mlynczak, and Melissa Ammann; and nephews, Tanner Mlynczak, Austin Mlynczak, and Nolan Ammann.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Nancy, and her grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 3pm at Hoff Celebration of Life Center (3480 Service Dr. Winona, MN) with visitation beginning at 1pm.
