Laurie Anderson (1951 - 2025)

Laurie Anderson died on December 27, 2025, at the age of 74. Laurie was born on October 9, 1951, to Romea and June (Gates) Dienger in Winona, MN.

She married Roger Anderson on August 30, 1969, in Winona, Minnesota. Laurie was a talented crafter, a passionate reader, and avid dancer. She found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren; their laughter and smiles were the highlights of her life.

Traveling across the United States was another cherished hobby for Laurie. She had a passion for gardening, as she loved to “putz” with her plants.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Anderson; children, Tessa Anderson and Erik Anderson; grandchildren, Devon Anderson, Kaylee Riley, Madi Riley, and Keegan Selke; and great-grandchildren, Ava Evers, Stella Anderson, Auria Snead, Ivory Snead, and Reina Borzyskowski; and siblings, Greg (Janice) Dienger, Alan Dienger, and Brenda Dienger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Romea and June Dienger; and brothers, Leonard Dienger and David Dienger.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 11am with visitation beginning at 9am at Hoff Celebration of Life Center (3480 Service Dr. Winona, MN.)
