Larry Polzin

Larry A. Polzin, died on May 18, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on January 16, 1956, in Rochester, MN, Larry was a son of David and Elmira Polzin and grew up in the small town of Dover, MN. He graduated from Dover-Eyota High School in 1974.

Larry married Debbie Knoll on July 29, 1978, and they had two wonderful children, Jason and Jyll. They later divorced in 1986.

Larry dabbled in various trades, from detailing cars and driving trucks to welding concrete trucks. He was always a hands-on guy who found joy in fixing and working on antique cars, as well as enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing. Larry loved telling stories.

Larry is survived by his children, Jason (Ashley) Polzin, Jyll (Jeff) Wendt; grandchildren, Jordyn, Kendal, Alexys, and Quintyn.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Roger Polzin.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Evergreen Cemetery in Dover, MN at 11am led by Rev. Thomas Fast.
