Klara E. Wright

Klara Eugenie Wright, 72 of Dakota, formerly of Seattle, WA, died unexpectedly, Friday July 10, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 6, 1947 in Germany to Merle and Wilhelmine (Schafer) Sowards. At the age of 1 her family moved to Seattle, where she lived until moving to Winona in 2015. Klara worked as a cashier at Seven11 before retiring from Circle K.
Klara enjoyed going for walks, playing on the computer, BINGO, but most importantly loved being with her family.
She is survived by her children, Bob (Jann Wolfe) Payne and Tracy Lorig; grandchildren, Amber Smith, Travis Gustavsen, Candice Payne, and Sesilee Wolfe; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Sowards; sister, Shannon Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Klara was preceded in death by her parents.
