Joyce Tolzin, age 88, died Friday, April 17, 2026, at Sugar Loaf Senior Living in Winona, MN. A full obituary will be posted when it is available.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00pm at Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Winona, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
