Jo-Dee Jonsgaard

Jo-Dee Kay Jonsgaard, age 59, died peacefully with her daughter and sisters by her side on November 10, 2022.

Jo-Dee was born in Winona on April 21, 1963 to Gary and Patricia (Jewell) Jonsgaard. Jo-Dee was blessed with a daughter, Jessica in 1981. She was employed at the Winona Knitting Mills, Winona USA, and recently MCC until 2017.

Jo-Dee was a caring and thoughtful woman. She always put others ahead of herself; often going without so others could have more. Jo-Dee enjoyed living a simple life and had a big heart. She was an animal lover, enjoyed playing games, and was an avid mystery TV fan. She took pride in cooking for her grandkids and spending time with them. Family was Jo-Dee’s top priority, and she loved them all so deeply.

Jo-Dee is survived by her daughter, Jessica Jonsgaard; her grandchildren, Brayden and Mikayla Jonsgaard; her sisters, Terri (Dale) Runge and Tammy (Dan) Tlougan; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
