Jaimee Robert Seeling

Jaimee Seeling passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved him on Tuesday February 17th, 2026, at the age of 50.

Jaimee was born on January 28th,1976, to Robert and LeAnn Seeling of Winona. Jaimee entered the world with a zest for life. He enjoyed spending time with people, listening to music, watching comedies, rough housing, eating sweets, and being in on all the jokes. He was easy-going, but also strong-willed and stubborn. If he liked you, you knew it. If he didn’t like you, you knew that too. He was a jokester at heart and always created a lighthearted, fun atmosphere everywhere he went. Jaimee spent most of his life living in the Twin Cities area and was able to move to La Crescent, MN in 2019 to be closer to family. This move brought Jaimee to a wonderful new family of caregivers and friends. He enjoyed his time sharing love and joy with all those at Lancer House.

He will be remembered as a loving son, protective big brother, proud uncle and amazing friend to many. His bright light will continue to shine on all who knew him.

Jaimee is survived by his parents Robert Seeling and LeAnn Seeling; siblings Jennifer Slinkman (Dan), Jessee Fahrendholz (Trevor), and Jayston Seeling; nieces and nephews Kailee, Jacob, Auggie and Wyatt, and his Godmother Tammie Rhoades.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Henry and Arvilla Scharmer and Warren and Ruth Seeling.

Private family service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend a huge thank you to ABLE, Inc. and the exceptional staff at the Lancer House for all the love and care they provided to Jaimee in his time there. With special thanks to Kristine, Sarah and Abi for helping our family to navigate this journey.

The family would also like to extend a thank you to the care team at St. Croix Hospice with a special thanks to Andrew for the exceptional care he provided to Jaimee in the last few months.
