Helen McNally

Helen LaVonne McNally, 86 of Winona, died Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Lake Winona Manor. She was born on December 2, 1934 in Gillette, Wyoming to William and Irma (Zook) Page. At the age of 3, her family moved to Winona, MN. On August 16, 1952 she married the love of her life, William McNally.
Together they had 5 children and raised on the family farm. Helen worked along Bill, helping with milking the cows and farm chores. She enjoyed gardening and canning and always had food available when guests stopped by the house. Her family was her pride and joy.
Helen will be greatly missed by her husband of 68 years, Bill; children, Bonnie (Jon Erickson) Horton, Gary (Karen) McNally, Cathy Colbourn, Randy (Heidi) McNally, and Kenny (Sonia) McNally; grandchildren, Steven (Kayla) Horton, Julie (Carroll) Hundorf, Heather (Dan) Brand, Emily (Richard) Koeller, Josiah McNally, Sarah (Scott Wieczorek) McNally, Ethan (Victoria Wager) McNally, Bryan (Madison Waldo) McNally, and Patrick (Morgan) McNally; numerous great-grandchildren; and brother, Thomas (Pat) Page.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Anita (Marlin) Gady.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 910 East Second Street, the temporary location of Hoff Celebration of Life Center with Rev. Jeff Franko officiating. Visitation will be 9 a.m., until the time of the service. Helen will be laid to rest in Bush Cemetery. In lieu flowers, memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Church.
