Glenis Pearl Loken

Glenis Pearl Loken, age 94, of Houston, MN, died at Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN, on Saturday, August 5, 2023.

She was born October 5, 1928, in Money Creek, MN, the daughter of James E. and Pearly (Ullan) Corey. Glenis enjoyed bingo, bowling, and playing cards. She was a beloved wife, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James A. Loken; sisters: Bernice (Herman) Forsyth, Betty (Ole) Thorson, Illa (Lyle) Sweet, and Janet (Clifton) Johnston.

Memorials are preferred to Gundersen Tweeten Care Center. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Gundersen Tweeten Care Center and St. Croix Hospice.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11am at Hoff Funeral Home in Houston, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at a later date at Money Creek Cemetery. In honor of Glenis’ wishes, please dress casually.
