Elaine Haggerty, age 70, of Winona, MN, died Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Bluffview Estates in Winona.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 20, 2026, at 12:00pm. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 11:00am – 12:00pm. Interment will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery in Windham, CT.
