Dixie Liberty Rudlong

Dixie Liberty Rudlong, born June 11, 2025, took her last breath in the loving arms of her parents Benjamin and Natalie Rudlong of Chatfield, MN on June 17, 2025. Though the time spent with their beautiful baby girl was too brief, they shared enough love for a lifetime with her during unexpected complications following her birth. They will honor her precious life (and the impact it had and will continue to have on countless people) with a private memorial service.

Dixie is survived by Grandparents, Eric and Vicki Ford, Preston, MN, Ben (Gigi) Rudlong, Spring Valley, MN, and Nancy Rudlong, Chatfield, MN; Great-grandparents Alvin and Donna Rudlong, Spring Valley, MN, Jacqueline Soukup, Preston, MN and Franklin Barton.

Dixie will also be forever remembered in the hearts of her aunts Julianna (Alan) and Maciah (Daniel) Ford, Shellanea, Hilary, Lydia, Ellaleah, and Milanea Rudlong, and uncles Ethan Ford and Zachary Rudlong; godparents Austin and Olivia Reynolds, sweet cousins Fayble and Evelyn Mouchet and honorary cousin Vivienne Reynolds; as well as many great aunts and uncles, and extended family members.

She will be held in the arms of Jesus and the loved ones who have gone before her.

The little one we hoped for
