David F. "Howie" Harwood, age 80 of Winona, formerly of Chatfield, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at St. Anne's Healthcare in Winona.

A celebration of Howie's life will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at the Chatfield V.F.W.
