Christopher "CJ" Dvorak, left us suddenly due to a motor vehicle accident on September 17, 2025, at the age of 32. Born on October 30, 1992, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, CJ grew up in Brownsville, Minnesota, where he filled his days with laughter, love, and a whole lot of hard work.
CJ was a 2011 graduate of Caledonia High School, where he made his mark not just on the baseball and football fields but also as a dedicated member of the FFA. With a strong work ethic, CJ spent his teenage years contributing to the VonArx Dairy Farm before moving on to a short stint at Kwik Trip. In 2013, he found his calling at Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning, where he thrived and shared lot of good times with his co-workers.
On October 12, 2019, CJ married his beloved wife, Samantha Reps, in a beautiful ceremony in Brownsville. The couple recently moved Lewiston, Minnesota, where they built a life filled with love, adventure, and countless cherished memories.
CJ was known for his loud voice, infectious laughter, and quick wit. He was always ready with a one-liner or a sarcastic tease that would light up any room. He had a special knack for cracking jokes, whether he was fishing, hunting, or just enjoying a cold Busch Light with friends and family. His long locks, often referred to as his "lion's mane," were part of his signature look, and his affectionate personality left a mark on all fortunate enough to know him.
There was no one better at lending a hand, and he never uttered the word "no" when someone was in need. He cherished his family, especially his wife, children, his nieces and nephews, and his brothers-in-law.
CJ is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Dvorak; children, Drake, Adeline, and Millie Dvorak; parents, Chris and Mary Dvorak; father-in-law, Larry "Pete" Reps; brothers, Austin (Chelsea) Dvorak, Ethan (Autumn) Dvorak; brothers-in-law, Chance Reps, Benjamin (Samantha) Reps; sisters-in-law, Stacey (Kevin) Decker, Tiffany (Nate) Doehling, Trisha (Ty) Burgeson; paternal grandparents, Frank and Cindy Dvorak; and maternal grandparents, Virgina (Gin) Rohrer.
He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Don Rohrer; uncles, Jim Rohrer, John Dahlberg; cousin, Jordan Wohlers; good friend, Drew Budde; and mother-in-law, LaVonne Reps.
