Christina L. Peavey

Christina Louise Peavey, 53 of Goodview and formerly of Wheeling, IL, died Sunday, March 14, 2021 at her home. Christina was born on August 3, 1967 in Highland Park, IL to John and Karen (Johansson) Peavey. After Christina graduated high school, she went on to the University of Illinois School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Madison and specialized in equine surgery.
Christina was a very intelligent, kind person who loved to read and cook. She had a core group of friends from high school that she remained close to throughout her life.
She is survived by her mother, Karen; siblings, Theresa (Paul) Lueck, Michael Peavey, and Robert (Ann) Peavey; nieces and nephews, Adam, Megan, Gretchen, Ben, and Josh.
Christina is preceded in death by her father, John.
Following Christina's wishes, a private family service will be held. Hoff Celebration of Life Center is assisting the family.
