Chandra Stanley

Chandra "Shonna" Marie Stanley, lovingly known to her friends and family, passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2024, at the age of 42. Born on May 12, 1981, at Unity Medical Center in Grafton, North Dakota, Chandra brought joy and warmth into the lives of those around her. She studied pre-law at Winona State University.

Chandra was a vibrant woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a passion for crocheting and would spend hours creating beautiful works of art. She had a wanderlust spirit and loved exploring different places, embracing the adventure that each journey brought. Chandra had a sweet tooth and enjoyed indulging in delectable treats whenever she could. She also found great delight in playing bingo, often lucky enough to call out those winning numbers. However, her greatest joy came from spending quality time with her beloved children and cherished loved ones.

Chandra had always shared a deep connection with her family, and her passing leaves a void that can never be filled. She leaves behind her mother, Debra (Todd) Sobolik; father, Steven Stanley; husband, Sean Cada; children, Dominic Stanley, Malachi Cada, Jordan Cada, Karmine Cada, Nasia Stanley; grandchildren, Jaelyn Stanley, Aliah Stanley, Remi Reign; siblings, Rebecca and David Stanley; lifelong friends, Rebecca Ogden, Sheila Sack, Jennifer Polus; and many nieces and nephews.

Chandra had a generous spirit, and even in death, she continued to give by being an organ donor, saving the lives of at least three individuals. Her selfless act will forever be remembered as a testament to her kind and compassionate nature.
