Betty Gaulke

Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Gaulke, age 89, of Minnesota City, MN, died Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Sauer Health Care.

Betty was born April 4, 1936 in Winona, MN, the daughter of Hugo and Rose (Cyert) Yeske. She attended St. Stanislaus Kosta High School in Winona. She was united in marriage to Donald Gaulke in 1955. The couple later divorced. She was a wonderful homemaker, and a loving mother.

She is survived by her children: Kenneth (Pam) of Fargo, ND, Don of Winona, Kevin of Winona, and Karen of Minnesota City; 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 grandchild; brother, Roger; and daughter-in-law, Nancy.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:00am at Hoff Celebration of Life Center in Winona. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Winona.
