Augustine (Augie) "Hector" Moreno III, age 47 of Fargo, ND passed away at the Sanford Medical Center in Fargo on November 26, 2025.

Augie was born on November 25, 1978 in Austin, MN to Augustine M. Moreno, Jr. and Mary Therese Thompson. Augie was a 1997 graduate of Owatonna High School. He currently worked for the City of Fargo where his concentration was on improving their business district . He was an avid baseball fan and supported both the Minnesota Twins and Milwaukee Brewers. Augie played Texas Hold Em with passion and was invited to a poker tournament in Las Vegas. His nickname "Hector" came from his friends who played ball for the Minnesota Twins.

Augie will by missed by his father Augustine Moreno of Cass Lake, MN, his sister Amy Moreno of Medford, MN, his step-brother Rocky (Melissa) Burnett of Chatfield, four children Veronica, Michael, Hunter and Ashton and his fiancée Krystle Hoffman of Fargo. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Hoff Funeral Home in Chatfield on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mike Gittins officiating.

Visitation will take place one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Fillmore Cemetery.
